Our SCB12 series dry transformer adopts high-permeability cold rolled silicon steel core and pure copper foil winding. Compared with SCB11 model, its no-load loss is reduced by around 15%, with lower operation power consumption and long-term electricity cost saving. All products are manufactured in China under strict national and international standards.
Safe Flame-retardant Epoxy Vacuum Casting
High & low voltage coils are integrally cast by high-strength flame retardant epoxy resin under full vacuum process. It features self-extinguishing, fireproof and explosion-proof performance, no flammable oil, zero environmental pollution. The solid resin structure owns high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance and excellent lightning impulse withstand capability.
Stable Electrical Performance & Low Noise
Optimized core stitching structure greatly reduces running noise, matched with low partial discharge technology to guarantee long-term stable insulation performance. Dual cooling modes AN (air natural cooling) and AF (air forced cooling) are optional; under forced air cooling, the transformer can safely run at 130% rated load.
