Do you supply both single-phase and three-phase inverters?
Yes. The single-phase hybrid range covers 3–8 kW, and the three-phase range covers 10–50 kW. Both support on-grid, off-grid and back-up modes with parallel capability.
Are your energy storage batteries Grade A cells?
Yes. All packs are built with Grade A LiFePO4 cells (CATL/BYD/EVE depending on SKU). Each cell is graded to ≤ 2 mV and ≤ 1 mΩ internal resistance, and every pack is shipped with a per-serial cycle-test report.
What transformer capacity range do you offer?
Oil-immersed S11/S13 series: 30 kVA – 2,500 kVA. Dry-type SCB10/SCB13 series: 30 kVA – 2,500 kVA. Primary voltages up to 35 kV. Larger ratings and special configurations are available on request.
What product lines does Quanshi manufacture?
Four main lines: Power Distribution Boxes (SMC/metal enclosures), Power Transformers (S11/S13 oil-immersed and SCB10/SCB13 dry-type), Energy Storage Battery Packs (25.6V wall-mount and 51.2V rack-mount LiFePO4) and Hybrid Inverters (single-phase and three-phase).
OEM / ODM
Can you customize the firmware or BMS protocol?
Yes. The BMS supports CAN, RS485 and Modbus. We can pre-flash customer-defined parameters and ship with custom firmware on ODM orders. Engineering samples typically take 2–3 weeks.
What is the OEM / ODM minimum order quantity?
Standard SKUs typically start at 10 units for OEM (logo + label). ODM with custom tooling starts at 50 units. Trial orders for distributors are negotiable — talk to our export team via the Contact page.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support both OEM (your brand on our standard hardware) and ODM (customized enclosure, color, label, firmware and packaging). Send your spec sheet and we will return a feasibility quote within 2 business days.
Orders & Lead Time
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample units are available for most standard SKUs and can be shipped via DHL/FedEx (freight collect or prepaid). Sample cost is refundable against a future bulk order.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment) is standard. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 50,000. Long-term partners can apply for open-account terms after the first three orders.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard SKUs ship within 5–7 business days. Custom ODM orders typically take 2–3 weeks. Large transformer orders (≥ 1,000 kVA) are scheduled on a project basis — the export team will share a calendar at quotation stage.

Which ports do you usually ship from?
Primary: Qingdao Port. Secondary: Shanghai and Ningbo. For large transformer orders we can also arrange road transport to Central Asia and Russia.
Which Incoterms do you support?
EXW, FOB Qingdao, CIF and DAP are all available. For DDP shipments we work with selected freight forwarders in major markets (EU, UAE, KSA, South Africa, Australia, etc.).
